Schmidt Piano and Organ Service provides Piano tuning, repairs, rebuilding, reconditioning, regulating, service and routine maintenance to hundreds of households, churches, schools, piano and music teachers, and institutions throughout Mid-western Ontario and numerous areas throughout the province of Ontario. With years of experience and a team of associates having varying disciplines Schmidt Piano and Organ Service specializes in piano rebuilding and re-stringing of Grand pianos, uprights, apartment size or spinet pianos as well as piano regulating and piano repairs. We have our own in-house piano key shop for rebuilding and recovering both piano and organ keyboards. We provide various key covering materials, re-bushing and re-felting with extreme detail and precision. We have our own in-shop piano hammer boring machinery and offer piano hammer felts of the highest quality from Germany and Japan for our rebuilds. We carry an extensive piano and organ parts inventory for repairs. We use only the finest quality imported leathers, felts and woven cloths in our shop. Quality German piano wire, custom strings and tuning pins are used in our rebuilds.

Schmidt Piano and Organ Service also offer sales of new acoustic Grand and Upright pianos such as Petrof and Hoffman and Kuhne pianos. Digital keyboards and digital pianos are also available.

We specialize in piano sales, rebuilding, tuning and reconditioning of heirloom Heintzman, pianos and other high end pianos. We also provide authorized Baldwin piano and organ service.
